In September 2021, I returned to Omaha as Executive Chef and played a key role in the successful opening of Gather Omaha, handling menu development and kitchen design. In August 2022, I was promoted to Corporate Executive Chef for the entire Gather Restaurant Group portfolio, encompassing restaurants on Maui, Jackson Hole, and Omaha.
